WD40 sprays were first produced in 1953 as an oil which can be used in a variety of applications. WD40 is most commonly used as a cleaning product, lubricant and an anti-corrosive solution. The product has five main functions which are lubrication, penetration, protection, cleaning and displacing moisture.
